My name is Anna. Originally I’m from Southern Russia. Yes, there is a part of Russia where it’s warm! 🙂 I speak three languages: Russian, English, Spanish (listed from best to worst!). I still hope to have the time and commitment to one day speak Spanish fluently because I’m completely in love with it!

During my full time job I teach Russian to the elite of our society. Let me tell you, it’s intense! But it also keeps me in shape! I constantly explore new and revisit old Russian language resources, I read about the new research in the field of language learning, I attend language conferences, I analyze and study successful students and not so successful for what it is that they do that makes them great or not so great… and that’s only the beginning. I’ve been through a lot this year and starting an Instagram account has not only been something I’ve been thinking about for a long time, but also as a way to cope with things. Now, I’m launching this blog because I need more room and the ability to post many LINKS! 🙂

My goal is to grow an involved and passionate community of Russian-learners and Russian-speakers!

I would love to hear your comments, wishes, dreams!

I would like to finish my short introduction with my favorite quote: “Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened.”
